LAMP ORDERING
When placing an order for lamps, please have the make and model of your tanning unit available. Provide the original lamp information (which can be found on the exposure schedule), the current lamp including the name of the lamp and the code found below the name and facials, if applicable.

LAMP DAMAGE
All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please call Customer Service to report any damages. If product is shipped via truck line, orders must be inspected and damages noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Customer Service must be notified immediately for claim purposes. Failure to do so can result in no claim being filed and items damaged may not be replaced. It is not the responsibility of the trucking company to deliver order inside the salon.

At Heartland we are convinced the most technological advanced tanning lamp ever produced is the Cosmolux® VHR™. This 160 watt reflector lamp provides short session time with natural looking results. This lamp combines the maximum performance with extended life of 800 hours, nearly double that of conventional VHO lamps. Although many lamp manufacturers claim "similar or comparable" results, remember, the lamp that lasts half as long ultimately costs you more than twice as much.

The Hi-Tan® is rapidly becoming one of our largest selling lamps. The Hi-Tan® is recommended for a short session application. We have found this lamp is not for everybody but for salons looking to push the limits of 100 watt indoor tanning technology, Cosmedico® Hi-Tan® is the answer. Available in F73, F71 and F59 lengths.

The Goldarium® S Plus is the world's best selling German-built F73RDC sunlamp. Thanks to over two decades of phosphor research, the Goldarium® S Plus features the most lamp power in it's class, and provides the superior natural looking tan. This 20 minute lamp gives an excellent burst of color that your clients will ask for over and over again. The VLR is destined to become one of the fastest selling lamps in the country. Engineered just like it's big brother the VHR 160 watt, the VLR 100 watt gives excellent browning results in less than 15 minutes. High UVA and low UVB mix will be a combination your clients will thank you for! Useful life is 800 hours. Available in F71 and F59 lengths.
