Warranty!
The
Heartland Partners Program
is designed to extend the original warranty on all Heartland
manufactured tanning equipment. 5% credit for all purchases
direct from Heartland on lamps, lotions, accessories
and apparel is held in a "warranty bank."
As repair and maintenance issues arrive after the original
warranty expires, the warranty bank is charged, not
you.
Credit
for purchases is accumulated from November 1, through
October 31 each year. The amount can be used on warranty
for the subsequent year. Credit in the customer's warranty
bank at the end of October 31 reverts back to zero and
the process begins all over again. Credits earned in
the program are not redeemable for cash.
As
a participant in the program, all replacement parts
are eligible for reimbusement. Lamps are excluded. 50%
reimbursement on acrylics is allowed. Customer is responsible
for shipping charges.
Example:
Lamps, lotion and apparel purchases for an 8 unit salon
can easily axceed $10,000 per year. At 5%, the salon
would receive a $500 warranty bank credit for parts
on Heartland/TanAmerica manufactured tanning equipment
within the salon.
